Opening an account is simple. There are four steps to complete in order to open an account and become ready to invest.

Step 1: Sign up your account and verify your email address

On the sign-up page, you'll need to input your name, email address, create a password, and agree to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy. Please take the time to review these documents before proceeding.

Once you've completed this and confirmed your email address (For security purposes, you're only allowed to verify each once. If adjustments are necessary, please reach out to our support team).  You'll then be directed to your Account Settings, where you'll be prompted to select your investor identity - Corporate . Please note that this choice cannot be altered after completing the investment.

Alternatively, you can sign up using your phone number by providing your name and phone number to receive an OTP. Your phone number will be verified once you've received the verification code and logged into your account. Following this, you'll need to verify your email address in your Profile Details.

Step 2: Provide your investor particulars

Within the Account Settings, you'll find an Investor Details tab where you're required to furnish the following information as mandated by the Securities Commission Malaysia for biographical data purposes. Rest assured, this information will be securely stored and not disclosed without your consent, except as mandated by law. For more details, please refer to our Policy & Privacy.

In instances where no single shareholder holds more than 25% of the shares, the beneficial owner may be identified as senior management with control over strategic decisions and operations.

Subsequently, you'll proceed to specify the purpose of your investment.

Please note that the information provided in the preceding sections is crucial for granting you access to investment opportunities on our platform. Therefore, it's vital to ensure that all details are current and accurate.

Step 3: Declare your investor profile type to become authorised to invest

As an ECF authorised firm dealing with high-risk investments, it's imperative that all investors are categorised correctly. To comply with this requirement, you'll need to "self declare" as a particular investor profile. You'll be presented with three profiles, and you simply need to select the one that best aligns with your personal investing experience.

These profiles are: 1. Retail Investor;  2. Angel Investor; 3. Sophisticated Investor

Step 4: Validate your company registration number.

Opting to validate your company's existence initiates a meticulous review of the information provided before submission. After submitting the required documents and information, our team will proceed to validate and activate your account. Typically, this process takes 3-5 working days. Once completed, we'll notify you via email, allowing you to begin investing in campaigns. Your account is now activated and ready for use.

Additionally, in accordance with the requirements of the Securities Commission Malaysia, we kindly ask for the following biographical data. Before proceeding with investment activities, please note that each investment will necessitate a Resolutiom to Invest to ensure agreement from all shareholders.
