Opening an account is simple. There are four steps to complete in order to open an account and become ready to invest.

Let’s get started!

Before starting, make sure you are using a computer with a camera or a phone and you have your IC card ready if needed.

Once you've completed this and confirmed your email address (For security purposes, you're only allowed to verify each once. If adjustments are necessary, please reach out to our support team.).  You'll then be directed to your Account Settings, where you'll be prompted to select your investor identity - Individual. Please note that this choice cannot be altered after completing the investment or eKYC process.

Alternatively, you can sign up using your phone number by providing your name and phone number to receive an OTP. Your phone number will be verified once you've received the verification code and logged into your account. Following this, you'll need to verify your email address in your Profile Details.

To comply with this requirement, you'll need to "self declare" as a particular investor profile. You'll be presented with three profiles, and you simply need to select the one that best aligns with your personal investing experience.
